Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea tickets: when they go on sale
Every day at 14:00 Japan time, for the same date two months later: 15 December goes on sale at 14:00 on 15 October. Online only, on the official website or app; nothing is sold at the gates.
- When does booking open?
- Every day at 14:00 JST, for the same date two months later. When that date does not exist two months earlier, sales start at 14:00 JST on the 1st of the next month. Disney Premier Access, the paid timed access to rides, is bought in the app only after you are inside on the day.
- How far ahead is that?
- 2 months to the day.
- Where do I book?
- Online only: the official Tokyo Disney Resort website or app (in English, with a MyDisney account). Disney Hotel guests can buy at their hotel.
- Does it sell out?
- Each day has a sales limit and can sell out; weekends, Japanese holidays and school breaks go first, and the DisneySea 25th anniversary runs to 31 March 2027. There is no published figure.
- Can I cancel or change?
- No refunds for personal reasons. Tickets bought on the official site can change date or age category online for free, but not the park or ticket type, and not to a sold-out date.

How to book
Buy on the official website or the Tokyo Disney Resort App, up to 10 tickets at a time, choosing the park as you buy (you cannot switch later). Prices vary by date, from 8,900 yen for an adult 1-Day Passport. Some cards issued outside Japan are declined; have a second card ready.
Ticket booths are closed. Disney Hotel guests can buy at the hotel, and some travel agencies and convenience stores sell tickets too.
If it’s sold out
Keep checking the site and app: sold-out tickets can come back without notice. Disney Hotel guests can buy tickets for their stay at the hotel even when the website is sold out, and official Vacation Packages include tickets.
Never buy resale: tickets resold for profit are cancelled without refund.
Booking for a group
Up to 10 tickets per order, so a group of 11 or more places two orders as soon as sales open. Children 3 and under are free.
Scan in together, and link everyone’s ticket in the app beforehand: Premier Access and Standby Passes can be booked only for people already inside.
Good to know
- Be ready at 14:00 JST two months before; each park sells on its own calendar.
- Install the app before the day; most in-park bookings happen there.
