How to book

Book direct at wbstudiotour.co.uk into a 30-minute entry slot and pay by card. Prices in 2026 are £58.50 for an adult (16 and over), £47 for a child (5 to 15) and £188 for a family ticket; in 2027 they are £61, £48 and £192. Under 4s and carers go free.

Nothing is sold on the door or by phone on the day. At the entrance, the lead booker shows the card that paid (or a signed letter of authorisation from the card holder) and the confirmation email.

Official travel partners such as Golden Tours (from £94) and Holiday Extras (from £81) sell tickets only inside packages, for example with a coach from central London.

Booking for a group

Up to 9 people can book online. Groups of 10 or more book through Visitor Services (contact form or +44 (0)800 640 4550), pay in full at booking, may be split across entry times in school holidays, and cannot change or refund their tickets.

Under-16s must be with someone aged 16 or over. The FAQ asks for one adult per no more than six children (1 to 10 for group bookings). The buyer can ask Visitor Services to add names to the booking so others can collect the tickets with ID.

Good to know

Book the whole party at once: if you add people later, your slot may be sold out.
Arrive within your 30-minute slot. Late arrivals are not guaranteed entry and may be moved to a later slot if one is free.
Weekdays in term time are the easiest dates to get.
Make sure the person whose card paid is coming, or bring their signed letter.
