On 15 October 2026 the shop's calendar ran to 31 December 2026, about 11 weeks ahead, which suggests whole months are added at a time, but the release day and hour are not published (Barcelona is on CET, or CEST in summer).

No exchanges or refunds as a rule. The exceptions are incidents beyond your control: ask by email (customer@ext.sagradafamilia.org) at least 48 hours before the visit, or later with an official document explaining why you cannot come, and within 15 days of the visit date. Only unused tickets qualify. Late arrivals lose entry.

How to book

Book on sagradafamilia.org or in the official app. Prices: Sagrada Familia 26 euros, with guided tour 30 euros, with towers 36 euros, with guided tour and towers 40 euros. Seniors, under-30s and students pay less; under-11s and disabled visitors go free.

Tickets are named: enter each visitor's first name and surname as on their ID or passport. Everyone shows an original ID at the entrance, and entry can be refused if it does not match. Arrive at your exact time; once you leave, you cannot re-enter.

If it’s sold out

Check the official site or app again closer to the date. On the day, you can buy through the official QR codes around the basilica, depending on how full it is.

Drop the towers, which sell out further ahead. Groups of 10 to 30 book the official group visit with a guide.

Booking for a group

One order holds at most 6 individual tickets, so a group of 7 to 9 needs two orders: book them one after the other for the same slot. Ten or more people must book as a group (10 to 30, with an official guide); the rules forbid splitting a larger party into several individual orders.

Every ticket is named and checked against an original ID. Children under 6 cannot go up the towers, and under-16s in the towers must be with an adult. Under-11s are free but still need a ticket.

Good to know

Book as soon as your date appears in the calendar, and earlier still for the towers.
With children under 6, book the basic ticket: they are not allowed in the towers.
Bring originals, not copies, of each person's ID.
From 09:00 to 10:00 is a quiet hour: audio only with earphones.
