Royal Palace of Madrid: when tickets go on sale

Royal Palace of Madrid tickets go on sale 90 days before the visit, with each new date released at 00:00 Madrid time on Patrimonio Nacional's official shop. For example, a date in mid-January 2027 opens at midnight 90 days earlier, in mid-October 2026.

When does booking open?
90 days ahead, at 00:00 Madrid time. Madrid time is CET, or CEST in summer. Patrimonio Nacional does not say whether every product, such as guided tours, follows the same midnight release.
How far ahead is that?
Up to 90 days ahead.
Where do I book?
The official Patrimonio Nacional shop, tickets.patrimonionacional.es. Visitors from abroad can book online.
Does it sell out?
No published figure. Patrimonio Nacional says demand on some dates is very high and slots can sell out quickly.
Can I cancel or change?
No changes of date or time and no refunds once paid.
