Connect Tripmo to ChatGPT
Add Tripmo to ChatGPT as a custom MCP server on chatgpt.com, on a Business, Enterprise or Edu plan. Then ChatGPT plans your trips in it, on one map your group shares.
On chatgpt.com
-
In ChatGPT, open Plugins.
This needs chatgpt.com on a computer. From a phone, do it there once.
-
Choose +, then Add custom MCP server. Name it Tripmo and, under Connection, paste this address:
https://app.tripmo.me/mcp -
Keep authentication on OAuth, tick I understand and want to continue, choose Create as a plugin, then install it.
-
Your AI opens Tripmo: sign in, or make an account, and choose Allow.
Adding your own needs ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu; in a workspace, an admin or owner adds it. On Pro, ChatGPT can only read through it, so it can’t plan in Tripmo.
What Tripmo will ask
When ChatGPT opens Tripmo, you sign in (or make an account), and Tripmo asks: ChatGPT wants to read and change the trips you’re in, as you.
Choose Allow. You can disconnect it at any time on your Tripmo profile.
Then say this.
Let’s plan a trip in Tripmo. Ask me where I’m going, roughly when and who’s coming, then start the trip. If I already have notes or a spreadsheet, I’ll paste them in for you to bring everything in.
Your trip appears on Tripmo as soon as ChatGPT saves it, with a link to share with the others.

Against OpenAI developers, OpenAI Help Center. ChatGPT’s screens change now and then; if a step doesn’t match, its own help has the last word, and tell us.
What it costs, and who pays
Connecting is free, and so is joining a friend’s trip. Whoever starts a trip pays for it once, with a Trip Pass for one trip or Frequent Flyer for every trip they start in a year, and everyone they let in joins free. See pricing.
