How to book

Daytime tickets, Tuesday to Sunday and holiday Mondays: full 15 euros; reduced 11 euros (groups of 10 or more, EU citizens over 65, members of an association with a card); 7 euros for Padua province residents; 6 euros for ages 6 to 17 and students; free up to age 5, for disabled visitors and their companion. Every ticket adds a 1 euro presale fee, free ones included. On non-holiday Mondays the ticket covers less and costs less.

Online, book at least 24 hours ahead, paying by card or Satispay. Through the call centre (Monday to Friday 09:00 to 19:00, Saturday 09:00 to 18:00 CET) you can also pay by bank transfer, but then you must book at least 3 days ahead, not counting the day you book or the day you visit.

Collect tickets at the ticket office of the Eremitani Museum, Piazza Eremitani 8, about 100 m away, then be at the chapel's waiting room 5 minutes before your slot. The visit lasts 15 minutes. Bags, food and pets are not allowed inside.

If it’s sold out

Try evening slots, which are sold separately, or ask the call centre. You cannot book for the same day, but the official site says visitors without a booking can ask the Eremitani Museum ticket office about that day's availability.

If your dates are past 10 February 2027, watch the chapel's home page, where each new block is announced.

Booking for a group

Groups of 10 or more pay the 11 euro reduced rate. One official page asks groups to reach the ticket office at least 45 minutes before the visit, another 30 minutes; allow 45.

Children up to age 5 go free but still pay the 1 euro fee. The official site does not say how many tickets one online order can hold.
