How to book

Book on ticket.museosansevero.it, up to 9 tickets per booking. Standard 12 euros, age 18 to 26 8 euros, age 10 to 17 6 euros, under 10 free; a disabled visitor with a companion pays 7 euros for both.

The chapel is open daily from 9:00 to 19:00 except Tuesdays, with last entry 30 minutes before closing. An audio guide costs 3.50 euros, or 6 euros for two.

If it’s sold out

Check the official platform 2 days before your date, when extra tickets are released.

Parties of up to 9 can try the ticket office for visits within 7 days, subject to availability. The museum also runs its own guided tours in Italian (30 euros) on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and special days.

Booking for a group

A standard booking takes up to 9 people. Groups of 10 to 30 must use the separate group platform, can book up to 2 days before, and cannot buy at the ticket office; a guide may take up to 30 people in only with group-platform tickets.

School groups of 10 to 33 book up to 7 days before. Children up to 9 enter free.

Good to know

Photos, video and phone use are not allowed inside.
The chapel is closed on Tuesdays.
Arrive on time: entry is only guaranteed up to 10 minutes after your slot.
